Can anyone purchase your products?

According to U.S. Federal law, the sale of acupuncture needles is limited to licensed professionals only. If it's your first time purchasing from us, be sure to include your practitioner's ID number. If you're a student studying at an acupuncture school, request a purchase authorization form from your school before purchasing.

Where can you ship to?

We hand pack and ship all of our items from our fulfillment center in Los Angeles, California. We ship to domestic and international destinations through the US Postal Service and UPS. To save you time and money, certain products may be drop shipped directly from our manufacturer.

What are your payment terms for doctors?

We accept all major forms of payment including credit cards, debit cards and money order.
